Our notary

Our Notary Public is Mr Dermot Winters.

A graduate of the National University of Ireland at Galway, Northumbria University, the Institute of Bankers of Ireland, and a member of the Notaries Society of England and Wales, Dermot has over twenty years of legal experience. He practises both as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and as a Notary Public.

With specialisms in general commercial law and real estate, Dermot graduated with a Postgraduate Diploma in Notarial Studies from University College London prior to establishing Notary ABC Limited in 2022.

Over the past three years, Dermot has produced documents for more than forty countries across five continents and his practice enjoys a broad mix of private client and commercial work. He is proud to serve the people and businesses of North Yorkshire and further afield as well as flying the flag for his native county of Cork, Ireland.

Notary ABC Limited holds formal appointment as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) for the purpose of providing verified documents to the Registrar of Companies in England and Wales.

Enquiries are welcome and meetings are possible Monday through Sunday at our business base in Stockton, or on-site at client’s premises, subject to availability and prior appointment.
